Estate planning laws have changed with the passage of the new tax and spending act, making now a good time to assess or create a plan. Without a will, the disbursement of your property and the care of your dependents are determined by state law.

Join us to learn the basics of creating or updating a will from local attorneys Evan McCauley of Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward and Caitlyn Evans of Evans Law, PLLC. Beth Stipe, Executive Director of the Community Foundation of North Central Washington will also discuss ways to use your estate plan to leave a charitable legacy for future generations.
