Take some time just for you and discover the calming, meditative practice of slow stitching. This gentle, hands-on workshop with Artist Karen Deasy focuses on simple hand-sewing techniques, explored at an unhurried pace to encourage relaxation, presence and creativity.

No experience is needed and all materials are provided — just come along, slow down and enjoy the soothing rhythm of stitch by stitch. Perfect for anyone looking for a mindful break or a creative reset.
