A Yuletide tale of knights and magic — told in words and woven with hurdy-gurdy, synths and wild winter songs.
Join professional storyteller Jason Buck and musician Oliver Cross, for this amazing collaboration of spoken word, traditional instruments and electronica, specially composed and performed live. This Christmas tale dates back to medieval times, but has been reimagined with music, and inspired by the gold age of folk horror, such as 'Children of The Stones' and 'The Wicker Man'.
Sit back, in the delightful setting of Temperance café-bar's basement performance space, and immerse yourself in sound and story, combining ancient and modern, for today's audiences.
Arrive early to get your drinks, ready for doors open at 7:00pm and a 7:30 start.
Ages: Adults and teens (12+)
