EmBODY+ is a confidence-building, feel-good pole dance workshop created just for plus-size students by plus-size pole dancer and instructor, Ruby Ravage. You’ll learn foundational movement, creative transitions, and body-liberating flow, all designed with curvy bodies in mind,
This workshop was curated by Ruby through 8+ years of personal practice, teaching everyday classes, and learning from leaders in the plus-size pole and aerial community. While Ruby teaches all bodies, she has intentionally honed in on what truly works best for plus-size movers.
Expect supportive instruction, empowering vibes, and an inclusive space where you can explore sensual movement at your own pace with no pressure to perform or fit in. You are already enough. Come move with us.
Whether you're brand new to pole or building your skills, EmBODY+ is a chance to connect to your body, your power, and your pleasure.
Wear: Anything you feel good moving in. Kneepads or legwarmers encouraged. Heels optional.
