One night. Four plays. Countless surprises.
In just one day, four writers, four directors, a dozen local performers, and a live house band will create and perform four brand-new short plays from scratch.
Here’s how it works:
📝 Writers get their prompts Friday night and have 12 hours to create a script.
🎬 Saturday morning, directors + performers have 12 hours to rehearse.
🎶 That evening, YOU get to see the finished plays come alive on the historic Tabor stage, with Uke Box providing live interludes.
This year’s festival features incredible local talent including writers Bekah Grim (Bitterbush), Blue Mooers (Bitterbush), Gina Parrish, Dave Spinelli, & Kit Twichell
as well as directors Andrew Cummins, J Edward Nelson (Cloud City Theater Company), Ashley Elizabeth Lee, and Dylan Rodwick and more (performers TBD).
