Under the Full Moon- A full moon ritual series at Awaken

Join Caitie and Carissa as we gather in community to move, breathe, and connect under the light of the full moon.
The full moon is the perfect time to illuminate what moves in our deep subconscious or the dark. The full moon is a powerful time to reflect, release, and realign.
Each class will begin with a yoga flow designed to honor the season and the lunar cycle. After practice the container will be closed with a simple group activity to deepen your connection to what is occurring inside of you during this full moon.

from 7-830pm at Awaken Yoga
$88 for the series or $25 drop in per full moon class
