On Friday, June 20, 2025, Le Mars, Iowa—the Ice Cream Capital of the World—continues its annual Ice Cream Days festival with a delightful mix of sweet treats, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities. Whether you're a local or visiting for the first time, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Morning & Afternoon Highlights
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Embark on the "I Spy Ice Cream" Scavenger Hunt throughout downtown Le Mars. Pick up your scavenger hunt sheets at participating merchants, including the Wells Visitor Center & Ice Cream Parlor and Habitué Coffeehouse & Bakery. Return completed sheets by 2:00 PM on Saturday for a chance to win prizes.

10:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Capture memories at the Sweet Selfies station located on the Olson Cultural Events Center grounds.
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Enjoy The Browns' Patriotic Show featuring Chris Golden at The Browns Theater. This stirring performance celebrates faith, family, and country. Tickets are required and must be purchased in advance through the Browns Theater website.
