Chief Judge and Coordinator for Le Mars, Iowa "Bulldog Battle of the Bands"

Attention high school marching band directors in the Upper Midwest: If you're looking for an excellent, early-to-midseason competition and clinic for your band, then I strongly recommend you check out the inaugural Le Mars, Iowa "Bulldog Battle of the Bands" on September 20, 2025.

This event will feature an all-star panel of clinicians and judges made up of drum corps vets, master educators, and superb designers.

Every participating band will receive a 90-minute session with clinicians from four different captions - guard, percussion, music, and visual.

The venue is not only an outstanding performance facility that's easy to navigate, but also there will be FREE ICE CREAM for all participating students and staff.

All competing bands will receive recorded feedback from the nine-judge panel.
