When your kids feel close to their families, they're more likely to follow rules and adopt your family's healthy values.

Strengthening Families is for parents and youth 10-14.

Learn how to:
💪 Build stronger family relationships
🧠 Youth learn skills on dealing with stress and peer pressure

🍴Did we mention there is FREE dinner and childcare for children ages 1-9?

Class will be Sept. 18th - Nov 6th from 6-8:30pm at Mountain View Elementary.
