Gentle Yoga
Join us on Sunday evening for a gentle, fireside flow designed to help you shift stagnant energy and release built-up tension from the week. We’ll move mindfully, then slow down and melt into deep relaxation with soothing restorative yoga.
This class is suitable for all levels—no experience necessary. Come as you are, breathe deeply, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.
