Herbal Roots - Medicine from the Earth! Experiential Workshop

Get your hands dirty with Herbalist Savayda Jarone.

Join her in the garden to discover herbs that offer their roots as medicine. You'll meet plants that may exist in your own backyard such as dandelion, burdock and Japanese knotweed, along with other popular root medicines such as echinacea, mullein, teasel, sunchoke, and a few in the forest.

We'll dig, taste and make herbal preparations. You'll cultivate new skills and appreciation for local medicinal plants.
