Take a break from finals stress and recharge at Self-Care Night, hosted by SUA, where relaxation, creativity, and support come together across the Kansas Union! From vision boards to gaming with Esports, mental health support from CAPS, snacks, and Wingspan tutors ready to help you study for finals, this night is all about taking care of you!
🏃‍♂️ When: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
📍 Where: KU Campus, all around the 4th floor.
