October 20th Dances of Universal Peace

We practice what people have done in ages past - we hold hands in a circle. We sing and do simple movements together. There are live musicians in the center. This is a spiritual practice, but the Dances honor the ideals of all wisdom traditions. Each dance is taught and explained. Singing, breathing, and moving together in this way is very beneficial for the nervous system!

Children are welcome to join in the dancing, and sometimes they do. They also enjoy playing together while the Dances continue.

We conclude with some healthy treats and friendly conversation. We all need this right now. I hope you can join us.
