This event, led by B-School Career Services, explores how the process of transferring cultivates planning, attention to detail, commitment, resilience, and grit, highlighting ways to leverage these experiences to enhance personal growth, academic success, and career readiness. Participants will engage in discussions designed to help them reflect on their transfer journey, identify transferable skills, and position their experiences as strengths in academic, professional, and leadership contexts.
