Kansas Fossil Expedition

Join us on an exciting journey led by a knowledgeable geologist as we delve into the remarkable world of fossils, rocks, and minerals that lie hidden beneath the soil around Lawrence. Discover the captivating stories etched in ancient stones, unearth magnificent fossils, and gain insights into the geological wonders that shaped our landscape. The shuttle departs from Prairie Park Nature Center at 6 pm and returns by 8 pm. A registered adult must accompany children under 16.
