George "Nash" Walker: The Price of Black Stardom in Jim Crow America

In connection with our upcoming exhibit about the Lawrence native and vaudeville star George "Nash" Walker, author Daniel Atkinson will discuss Walker's tumultuous life and his newly published biography. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

This event will be held in-person and also livestreamed on the Watkins Museum Facebook and YouTube.
