Exhale isn’t your typical dance event. We are a movement rooted in meaning. As a dance-based organization, we are committed to reducing stigma and normalizing pediatric mental health—on and off the stage.
Since 2021, we’ve proudly donated over $25,000 to pediatric mental health organizations, helping increase access to care for children who need it most. Through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection, Exhale brings dancers more than just training — we bring transformation.

Pricing for our 1 day convention is as follows:
Mini (Ages 4-7): $110
Junior (Ages 8-11): $120
Teen (Ages 12-15): $130
Senior (Ages 16 & Up): $130
*Pricing will increase by $10 on 8/1. No deposit necessary to reserve your spot!
The day is split between 2 sessions:
AM Session (Minis + Juniors)- 8:00am-12:15pm
PM Session (Teens + Seniors)- 1:00PM-6:00PM
Each session ends with an Optional Improv Battle where dancers have the opportunity to build confidence, exhibit artistry, and support peers.
