We'll discuss the power of nutrition and weave in perspectives about immunity and health from an anthroposophical and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.
Ideas for packing nutrient dense, healthy lunches will be shared! All parents and caregivers of children enrolled at Prairie Moon are welcome.
