Sip and Dress-Up: An evening of fun dressing up!

Remember when you were little and it was fun to dress-up in your parents clothes, strutting around the place pretending to be all grown-up? Dressing-up was so much fun back then and it still is!

So we are creating our own dress-up evening where you can sip a glass of sparkling (and be a real grown-up!) while trying on any of the clothes we have at The ReDress Hub and strut around as much as you like!

Of course, these events are always more fun with others to "oo and ahh" or laugh with if it's a complete mismatch! It's all about having fun with no judgement and no pressure to buy.

Food & drink

You will be greeted with a glass of Tasmanian sparkling on arrival and we will also have some simple, light snacks. If you have any food allergies we do recommend letting us know.

10% of all tickets & sales to Shekinah House

10% of all ticket sales and the purchase price of any clothes sales we do make on the night, will be donated to Shekinah House to help clothe people living it tough. Everyone needs to be clothed... and for the homeless in Tasmania, especially during winter, it's not just about comfort, it may be the only thing that keeps you warm...

Social Media Photos

We want you to share your fabulous looks and how much fun you're having, so we'll be setting up a social media 'booth' for you to take and share your photos on socials!

What do I bring?

You won't need to bring anything... however if you'd like to dress-up in some of the formal gowns you may like to also bring some fancy heels with you or perhaps a special hat or fascinator to really glam it up!

Adults only event

As we are providing alcohol this is an adults only (18+) event.

As this is also a fundraising event we will not be providing refunds.

You'll find us in Dell Lane, just behind Toy World on York St OR turn up Clayton's Lane from the fountain in the Quadrant Mall.

Plenty of parking in the CarePark car park on York St or on street parking around local streets, usually free after 5:30pm.
