Inner Light Retreat

A four-hour space created for anyone affected by cancer, at Manor House near Launceston.


This retreat was born from lived experience. It’s the space that Victoria desperately needed while going through cancer- and the space Ellie felt unable to fully offer when she was working as an oncology nurse.

Together, we’re creating what we both felt was missing.

This is a space outside of hospitals, tests, treatments, and expectations. A space to come back into the body, to reconnect with yourself, and to explore gentle holistic approaches that can support your healing journey, not replace modern medicine, but walk alongside it.
