✨ Monthly Full Moon Well-Being Session
Step into a gentle, nurturing space in the days leading up to the January full moon.
This 90-minute small-group experience includes a soothing Yoga Nidra–inspired guided relaxation, followed by a calming herbal tea. It’s a beautiful way to release the old, welcome the new, and honour the natural rhythm of the full moon.

• A soft, candle-lit, deeply cosy space
• Cushions, faux-fur blankets, and mini hot-water bottles for warmth and comfort
• A deeply restful Nidra-inspired guided practice to soothe your mind and body
• Gentle full-moon themed intention setting
• Herbal tea + peaceful time to reflect, unwind, and connect
This session is perfect for anyone craving stillness, comfort, and a soft space to land. No experience needed — just come as you are.
