Come join us at the Casino Bar where we will gather as a group, pick a machine and let it ride. The more the merrier. $20 pp. Everyone gets at least 4 pulls ($5 max bet). We win as a group, lose as a group. All day winnings will be split amongst registered participants. Loads of fun! Gotta play big to win big.
Slot Pull Rules:
1) Sign Up Fee is $20. Signups/check-ins will take place at the casino bar (to speed up the sign-ups. I will be at the bar 30 minutes prior to start (7:30pm on 8/12). We will try to start at 8:00 pm or as close to it as we can get. The quicker everyone gets signed up/pays, the quicker we can start.
2) The designated machine will be picked by the organizer and the organizers card will be used. If we have a huge group, we may use two machines to make it go a bit faster.
3) Slot machine play order will be in order of sign up.
4) We will use a $1 machine with a max bet of $5 (We’ll pick two machines if we get a huge draw for this event).
5) Everyone will have 4 pulls in a row, on the max bet totaling $20. A bonus game/spin will not count towards pulls.
6) Once the start is announced, no one else can join in and the game is closed. The slot pull will end after the last person entered has had their turn on the slot machine. The organizer will take the last turn.
7) The winning money will accumulate in the machine and will be divided among the participants at the end of the final pull. Payout monies will be rounded down to the nearest dollar and any overages will be donated through the ship to Saint Jude Children’s hospital.
8) If a Jackpot (hand pay) is hit, we will have taxes taken out (25%) before distributing money to the group. In the event a jack pot (hand pay) is extremely large and Carnival refuses an on the spot cash payout, a check will be made to the organizer, cashed at home, taxes removed (25%) and balance equally divided then mailed by check to each participant within 30 days of organizer returning home.
9) At the end of the slot pull all monies on the machine (Not including paid by check jack pot – hand pays as stated above) will be divided equally among the participants. Players that do not stay to collect their winnings will donate their share to the St. Jude fund listed above.
10) This is usually a fun event – with hopefully an equal to or higher payout than each player started with. We can cheer each other on and have a loud & silly time!
I copied these rules from another slot pull. These rules seem to be pretty standard for slot pulls. This seems lengthy, but everything needs to be listed for informational purposes. The LAST thing we want is a dispute or arguments about the rules or payouts. Remember, this is just a fun & fairly cheap way for us to do an activity as a group and get to know our fellow cruisers.
