Kids Summer Bootcamp
Join us in Lathrop for the 2nd Annual Kids Summer Bootcamp ☀️

This course is perfect for first time students and established martial artists alike!

🔸️ Ages: 8yr & up
🔸️ June 9th - July 11th
🔸️ Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays @10-11am
🔸️ *No class July 4th

Lead by personal trainer/martial arts coach Hector Perez & hosted at Cortez Full Circle Martial Arts Academy.

Over this 5 week course, your student will cover:
🔸️ Basic punching and kicking techniques
🔸️ Takedowns, ground control, chokes, and joint locks.
🔸️ Fitness training & discussions on a healthy lifestyle
🔸️ Bullying and the rules of engagement.
