Beginner Birding in River Islands

Join leader Henry Koertzen for a beginner birding walk for folks if all ages. We’ll be walking the smooth paved path, accessible by stroller or wheelchair.

The walk will consist of a 2-3 mile loop. First we will follow the path along the San Joaquin River, and then we will cross over to return along the lake.

Note: there are no bathroom facilities on site.

Enter River Islands from the south on Stewart Road. At the first roundabout there is a gravel parking lot to the right where we will park and meet.
