Let's demystify meditation -- and make it accessible for busy women. We'll cover several types of meditation, including walking meditation, sitting, breath, and you'll learn how to use tools like mantra to benefit your overall well-being. You'll also experience a guided metta meditation to deepen your self-compassion. Beginners encouraged; no experience necessary!
