Join our 1st FREE Beginner's Self Defense Class @ Whitney Library on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM for an evening of empowerment and education. This workshop is dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness with rise in Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW), and the underwhelming govermental oversight of unfiled cases around the USA.

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOMED!

From beginners to experienced students; all are welcomed. All students will learn essential yet simple self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, & MMA. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios & exercises.

*This class aims to shed light on the pressing public issue of increased domestic abuse, generational trauma, & globalized modern slavery. Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety.
