"The Well" (Caregiver Support Group)

Are you currently caring for a loved one. whether a parent, spouse, child or friend? Caregiving, while done in love, often drains one’s energy. Caregivers often have a sense of feeling useful and needed, however the ongoing demands of caring for someone can lead to a Caregiver neglecting caring for themselves.

Here are a few signs.
*Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or anxious
*Are you feeling lonely or disconnected from others
*Easily angered or impatient
*Trouble sleeping

MVPC is offering a Caregiver Support Group to give you the opportunity to meet with other Caregivers and share how things are going. Group meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month.

This is a safe place to share and ask questions. Let us help you refuel and refill your “Well”!
