This workshop creates space to pause, reflect, & identify the beliefs that quietly shape our choices, especially the ones that ask us to override ourselves in the name of obligation, peace, or “doing the right thing.”

If you’re tired of making choices that ‘make sense’ but slowly cost you your time, money, energy, & sense of self, this space is for you.

This isn’t about fixing or forcing outcomes.

It’s about awareness & giving yourself permission to move differently so you can choose in ways that honor your needs, your people, & your capacity

No prior experience needed.

It’s especially supportive if you’ve been feeling pulled between what you want & what you believe you should do, or if choosing yourself tends to come with guilt, hesitation, or second-guessing.
