We’ll kick things off with a gentle warm-up to wake up your muscles, then head out on an easy walk around the park to enjoy the scenery and connect with each other. After our stroll, sink into total relaxation with a soothing sound bath led by Brenda — let her healing sounds wash over you as you unwind under the open sky.

And because we believe in ending on a high note, we’ll close it out with DJ Dtodo fire set, mocktails, and time to mingle with new friends (and your bestie!).

Show off your spooky spirit and wear your favorite Halloween colors — oranges, purples, blacks, or whatever calls to your inner ghoul.
