Sound Bath with Terry Mahoney

This month’s intention is Release—an invitation to let go of what no longer serves us as we move into the fall season. Just as Rita Deanin Abbey found inspiration in cycles of nature and transformation, we too can embrace renewal by creating space for what truly nourishes and supports us.

Set within the inspiring museum environment, this sound bath experience blends art, atmosphere, and intention. Participants will be immersed in resonant sound designed to restore balance and foster connection. You’ll be guided to relax, reset, and open yourself to the grounding energy of the season.

We encourage you to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace afterwards. Please take a moment to visit our bookstore and sign our guestbook at the end of your experience.
We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane.

Please note, no food or beverages (apart from water) are allowed in the museum galleries.
