We all carry wounds—some from childhood, some inherited through our ancestral line, and some carried forward from past lives. These hidden wounds often lie buried in the body and subconscious, showing up as emotional pain, repeating patterns, or a sense of heaviness we cannot explain.

In this workshop, we will journey together into the heart of shadow work:

✨ Connecting with the Higher Self for wisdom and guidance

✨ Meeting and nurturing the Inner Child who still longs to be seen and loved

✨ Receiving support from Spirit Guides and Ancestors to bring healing across time and generations

✨ Allowing space for buried emotions to surface, be witnessed, and transformed

Through guided meditation, reflective practices, and gentle soul work, you will have the opportunity to:

- Heal emotional trauma carried from childhood and past lives

- Release ancestral pain that no longer serves you
