✨ A Somatic Yoga, Movement & Meditation Experience ✨
Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, release stored tension, and restore balance from the inside out.
We will begin with a 15-minute guided meditation to ground your energy and center your breath, creating a calm and safe space for healing.
Then, gently awaken your body through easy, flowing movement inspired by somatic practices, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, inviting intuitive and expressive motion that honors your unique range of mobility. This is not about performance—this is about presence.
You’ll be invited to listen deeply to your body’s cues, exploring movement as a sacred act of self-care and emotional release.
Throughout the session, we’ll be surrounded by live healing music—including drumming, hand pan, and chakra frequency sound vibrations—to support deep energetic clearing and re-alignment.
This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking:
