This early New Year’s Eve gathering offers a calm, comfortable alternative to crowded celebrations, blending gentle practices designed to settle your nervous system before midnight. Together we’ll move through a release ritual, breath-based practices, and a deeply restorative sound bath to help you enter 2026 with clarity and ease.

Release Ritual
We’ll begin the evening with a symbolic release ritual to help you let go of anything you’re choosing to leave behind in 2025. This gentle practice creates space for clarity, grounding, and a softer transition into the new year.

Tapping, Somatic Movement, and Vocal Toning with Mary of Boosted Breaths
Mary will guide a series of supportive practices including tapping, slow somatic movement, and vocal toning. These techniques help regulate the nervous system, unwind tension, and bring your body into a calmer, more settled state.

Sound Bath with Wendy of Harmonizing Energy
Wendy will close the evening with a restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and the gong. These soothing sound vibrations help ease the mind and body into deep relaxation as you prepare to welcome 2026 with intention and ease.

What to Bring
