All Sales Are Final
Unless an event is canceled or postponed, all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits if you miss an event, are unable to attend, or for any other reason.
Canceled Events
If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price and all associated fees. The refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored for the new date and time. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be entitled to a refund. We will notify you via email with details on the refund window and instructions on how to submit your request.
Processing Fees
Please note that processing fees, service charges, and any other fees are part of the total ticket price and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
