Introduction to Self Defense Class

January is National Personal Self-Defense Awareness Month. So start the new year off by learning some basic training on how to defend yourself--and have fun doing it.

This adult-geared program is an introductory, low-impact, self-defense class that teaches multiple defense stances, tactics, and responses.

The class will be taught by ATOS Jiu-Jitsu instructors and will be "hands-on", so please wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry.

Free and open to the public. Space is limited and is first-come, first-served. No registration is required. For more information, call 702.507.6068.
