🌈This will be an introductory class into the 7 main chakras.
🌈Learn all about the chakras from the Root to the Crown.
🌈Learn different techniques to help keep them clear and balanced.
🌈Learn about different crystals/essential oils/tools to help enhance the chakras along with ways to discern which chakra needs energetic support.
🌈Learn the characteristics of each of the main chakras and what it looks like when they are out of balance.
🌈There will be class notes handed out for you to keep as a reference guide.
🌈There will also be a meditation to help support your chakras.
🌈You will also receive a gift for participating in this class.
This class will be facilitated by Sheila Sclafani-Cook.
*You may bring a mat/blanket/cushion if you like-there will be a few available for use.
*Bring plenty of water to hydrate.
*Doors close PROMPTLY at the start of class and late comers will not be able to be admitted.
