The practice of using our “IMAGINATION” is a powerful force for transformation.

Shadow art helps your mind get into a better place by expressing and releasing your repressed emotions onto a blank page or campus.

Shadow Art is very abstract, and anyone can do it. This art is created by using lines and color with the expression of your trauma/shadows in the background.

You don’t know how to draw?

No worries there because you can’t do it wrong. Everyone has their own expression of emotions and feelings so, no person’s artwork will be the same, including yours. In fact, every piece you create will also have its own unique expression.

Art therapy can be a very supportive healing tool to process thoughts, emotions, and benefit our mind, body, and soul. Art helps you reduce stress and improve your well-being.

Shadow art can be a powerful means of emotional and spiritual healing as well as personal transformation.
