Her Rising Roots is a sacred space for ladies from all walks of life. This special healing circle is designed to ignite your inner flame, ground your spirit, and nourish your soul — all while cultivating genuine connections in a supportive, heart-centered setting.
During this one-hour session, we will:
✨ Pull an oracle card for personal spiritual insight
✨ Move through expressive dance to awaken your fire
✨ Ease into gentle yoga to restore and soften
✨ Journal and openly share in a safe conversation
✨ End with a calming, lying-down meditation
