Calling all Girl Scouts and troop leaders! Join us for a powerful, hands-on, and confidence-building self-defense clinic on Friday, October 11th at the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada Headquarters. Your girls will laugh, learn, and leave feeling stronger and more prepared to handle the world around them.

We’re offering three engaging sessions tailored to each Girl Scout level:

Playful yet powerful, this session is age-appropriate and empowering. We’ll cover basic safety rules, how to speak up with confidence, and simple self-defense moves, all while keeping it FUN and interactive!

This level builds on basics and dives into friendship drama, bullying prevention, boundary setting, and stronger verbal defense strategies.

A more in-depth look at self-defense, social pressures, and personal boundaries. Perfect for girls navigating high school, relationships, and independence. Older girls, don’t forget to look at the Sisterhood Journey in a Day online class.

This isn’t just a class—it’s a movement of Girl Power with a purpose. Girls will learn:

• How to verbally and physically defend themselves
• How to recognize dangerous situations and respond appropriately
• Bullying prevention and how to handle drama with confidence
• Stranger danger, boundary setting, and appropriate vs. inappropriate touch
• Real-world safety skills they can use every day

Every Girl Scout earns her Awareness Patch just for attending. Girls who take a refresher class or move into Level 2 training can also earn:

Can’t make it in person? No problem! Our Online Girl Scout Journey Classes are perfect for busy troops or girls who want to work at their own pace.

In this engaging online course, girls will explore:

• How to handle peer pressure and friendship drama
• Setting boundaries and using their voice
• Boosting self-esteem and standing up for others
• Real-life examples of positive relationships and sisterhood

This virtual course covers:

• Building trust and respect in relationships
• Speaking up about important issues
• Conflict resolution and personal safety
• How to create a safer, kinder world for themselves and others

New this fall, we’re launching a Children’s Firearms & Safety Fundamentals course to help families educate kids on responsible, age-appropriate firearm safety.

This course will:

• Teach the rules of firearm safety using clear, kid-friendly language
• Empower children with knowledge—NOT fear
• Cover what to do if they ever encounter a firearm
• Help reinforce family values around safety, responsibility, and respect

This program will be available for both individuals and private group bookings, and will follow USCCA’s nationally recognized curriculum with age-appropriate modifications.
