We'll start with a mindful, all-levels yoga practice to calm the nervous system, build focus, and open the channels of imagination. From there, we’ll shift into a guided art experience designed to nurture creativity and invite self-expression—no experience necessary.

Expect a playful, pressure-free space to move, make, and unwind. All supplies are provided, and you’ll leave with a piece of completed artwork and a refreshed sense of creative possibility.
