In this powerful, practical workshop, you'll learn how to assess, manage, and prevent cumulative stress before it slowly chips away at your performance, health, and happiness
We’ll dive into the “tolerance of stress” phenomenon, show you how to more accurately assess your stress, and recognize the warning signs before it’s too late. You’ll build a personalized self-care toolbox, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and walk away with actionable strategies to boost your energy, focus, and productivity. Whether you’re feeling pulled in too many directions, or just want to work and live with more ease, this session offers tools to help you feel better, do better, and thrive—at work and beyond. And for parents, this will be invaluable as you navigate the start of the new school year!
