A Walk With Purpose

Join us for A Walk With Purpose, a women’s wellness walk created to get outside, move your body, breathe fresh air, and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This experience is about slowing down and being present. We’ll begin with light movement, then walk together around Lone Mountain before making our way up to the top at a comfortable, beginner-friendly pace.

Once we reach the top, we’ll take time to sit, rest, and reflect. Journals will be provided, along with gentle reflection prompts for anyone who wants to write. This is personal time — there’s no pressure to share or perform. Simply take a moment to breathe, clear your mind, and be present.

We’ll also take a quiet moment together for prayer before heading back down slowly and mindfully. This is not a guided meditation or a professional hike — just a group of women moving together, taking a pause, and creating space to reset.

All fitness levels are welcome. We will move together and take our time.
