Join us for our September Mesilla Valley Timebank Orientation!
📅 Wednesday, September 10th
🕠 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
📍 Thomas Branigan Memorial Library – 2nd Floor
Want to connect with others while giving and receiving help? The Mesilla Valley Timebank is a community-based system where members exchange services using time instead of money. You might earn time credits by offering help with sewing, cooking a meal, or walking someone’s dog — and then use those credits to receive support from another member.
Why join the timebank?
🧩 Social Connections: Timebanking builds friendships and reduces isolation.
💪 Empowerment & Skill Sharing: Everyone has something to give and gain.
🌱 Community Resilience: Together, we create a stronger and more supportive community.
Can’t make it on September 10th? No problem — we also offer one-on-one, group, and organizational orientations.
