Capacity Reached! Full Moon Yoga on the Patio **8pm**

Students will experience breath and movement combined with the principles of Optimal Movement that is appropriate for their anatomy in this warm room practice.
Beginning students will be able to develop a strong body and mind, while more experienced students will enhance and deepen their existing practice. Note: This class begins at 8pm
