Triathlon Boot Camp

Winter Triathlon Boot Camp is Back...

Sunday the 19th October Team, we already have bookings for this one.

Format will be as follows -
Meeting 8.30am
Leave Spa at 8.45 - Run to Trails
1 Hour Quality Run session on the Trails
10am - Back to Spa for a 15-20 min break (fuel up)
10.20 - 11.30 - Spin / Circuit Class
11.30 - Short 5 min swim in Spa (optional)
Finish 12.30

These are fantastic sessions, great Quality work, Great fun and banter, then you can have a lovely lunch in the coffee shop afterwards, which YOU WILL DESERVE ❤
