Chakra Yoga

Lets learn chakra yoga together. Yoga for your chakra system. Each session working on a specific chakra with yoga poses to support said chakra. All of which supports the physical body for the higher good of you. While working with the breathwork to feel the stretch.

This class will be focusing in on the root chakra with yoga poses to support you physically with grounding, anchoring and connecting with with mothr eartb, Gaia.
