Get off the couch and hit the track in this 8-week training program. Condition your body and train for City of Largo’s Shamrock ‘N’ Run 5K! Designed for absolute beginners, this course will have you ready to run those 3.1 miles with confidence.

First 5 participants get FREE entry to Shamrock N’ Run & $10 OFF this training course. Remaining participants receive entry to Shamrock N’ Run at a discounted rate of ONLY $10.
