Women's Self Defense Clinic

Let the amazing instructors at Tampa Bay Krav Maga teach you the moves that every woman needs to know!

Class will start with punches, then build on new skills. A variety of scenarios and techniques will be presented, with time for Q & A at the end.

This class will be geared so women of all fitness levels can participate. No need for previous martial arts experience - plenty of assistance and review is given. Wear comfortable athletic clothing.

$5 Donation is requested to reserve your spot.

Class size will be limited to 25.
