Sunshine City Roller Derby invites you to our most thrilling bout yet: The Rookie Horror Show!
This isn’t your usual bout — our newest skaters will be making their rookie debut, bringing fresh legs, big hits, and plenty of thrills to the track. But the real shocker? For one night only, the stripes come off as some of our referees trade whistles for wheels — skating in their very FIRST bout! Fans know them as the rule-keepers, but this October they’ll be the rule-breakers.
🎬 Inspired by the cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show, this bout blends derby action with campy horror vibes, over-the-top fun, and a whole lot of audience participation. (Fishnets and costumes encouraged — don’t dream it, skate it!)
