Walk With a Doc

Walk with a Doc is a national organization focused on encouraging healthy physical activity while reversing the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle.
At each meet-up simply arrive and we’ll get you signed-in. Next we’ll hear from a local healthcare provider about a health-related topic, and then it’s on to walking! (Don’t worry — we’ll do some quick stretches first!) Free event for all ages!
